The Special Services Disconnection Date for impacted ISDN, ISDN2 and Frame Relay services was 30 September 2019.# This means that if your services are impacted and you have not already begun the preparation to migrate these services, they may be at risk of disconnection.
The migration of Special Services to the nbn™ broadband access network can take longer than six months and is not an automatic process.
Reduce the risk of a break in service by taking immediate action to migrate your services today.
What you need to do:
Use the Special Services disconnection date tool to determine the expected disconnection date for your Special Services. Once the disconnection date is determined, follow the instructions provided.
If your disconnection date is imminent, you will need to contact your current service provider urgently to avoid a break in service. If your disconnection is approaching, we still recommend that you speak to your service provider to confirm the disconnection date and begin a timely preparation for migration to an nbn™ solution.
